2. Personal data and purposes

The site is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). The hosting provider may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages and technical data to provide and secure the website. Log retention and hosting details must be confirmed with the provider. If you contact JPROD by email, we process your message and contact details to respond and manage the professional relationship.

3. Cookies and local storage

The site stores your privacy choice in browser local storage (key “jprod-privacy-v1”). No analytics or advertising cookies are intentionally set by the supplied website code. You can change your choice using the footer’s Privacy preferences control and reset it by clearing browser storage.

4. YouTube and Google Fonts

Film thumbnails are hosted locally. YouTube players load only after general permission for external services or an explicit action to load the selected video. Google/YouTube may then receive technical data including your IP address and use cookies. Google Fonts loads only if you allow external services. Processing may occur outside Switzerland, including the United States. Check the providers’ policies for further details.

5. Recipients and international transfers

The hosting provider and email provider may receive data, and Google/YouTube only according to your choices. Provider countries, safeguards, and contractual arrangements must be confirmed.

6. Retention and your rights

Data is retained only as needed for its purposes and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion where legally applicable using the email address above. This notice refers to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (including Articles 6, 8, 16, 19 and 25 et seq.) and Article 45c of the Telecommunications Act.

This notice may be updated as services change. The exact server log retention periods, any sub-processors and processing locations must still be confirmed with Infomaniak before deployment.
